Wine And Dine Events To Benefit City Harvest

EVENT 1

This weekend, we would like to dedicate the weekend to a good cause.  City Harvest will be hosting their first ever Trattoria Crawl this Saturday, September 26 from 2pm -6pm. Teams of four will crawl to some of NYC’s best trattorias (Aleo, Da Silvano, Scuderia, Serafina, and Spigolo) and taste select dishes and drinks from each location. At each stop, teams will participate in a trivia about the trattoria for a chance to win an amazing Italian package at the end of the event, which includes a dining experience at each of the participating trattorias.

The finish line will be at bar Stuzzichini where the raffle for the grand prize will take place. For more information and to purchase tickets, check out City Harvest’s site.

Cost is $50 per person or $200 for a team of four

EVENT 2

Lindy Promotions is hosting the 14th Annual Greenwich Village Fall Bar Tour this Saturday, September 26 from 1pm-9pm. I have never done this before and I am not sure how it works but registration is from 1pm-6pm at Red Lion (corner of Bleecker and Thompson). Looks like you will be hopping through 14 bars while enjoying $2 Miller Lites, $3 MGDs and Miller Chills, and lots of food. The event costs $12 with 2 canned goods (for City Harvest) and $15 without the canned foods.
